The Introduction to Self-employment - Awareness Event is a 3 hour workshop designed to raise awareness of the personal skills needed to successfully launch and run a business.

Intended for anyone who thinks they may like to start a business, it can help you decide if self-employment is the answer and put you in touch with all the support that is available on the Island.

The course is participative and interactive and will help you develop a personal action plan to help your business idea move forward.

The course is Free of Charge
Funded via local sponsorship and Wight Training & Enterprise

It is also compulsory if you wish to access further free training
